Balance to Buy™ bridges the language gap between the participant’s Point of Sale programs and provides a common vernacular for benchmarking purposes and overall discussions. Facilitated group meetings are held twice each year at a different member’s store. Primary areas of concentration are SWOT Analysis, Merchandising & Inventory Analysis & Planning, Market Analysis, Organization Chart and Benchmarking.
